For accountants and bookkeepers

Get everything from your clients. On time, and all of it.

When a client uses Clerk.AI, their month arrives assembled — statements, receipts, and the invoice for every movement — instead of in pieces, late.

What you get when a client uses Clerk.AI.

One email from your client, in the language you correspond in.
Every attachment numbered in date order, so you can see nothing is missing before you start.
A flat set of files — nothing to unpack — named however you have asked for them.
Bank, card and processor statements, with the invoice or receipt for each movement.
Photographed receipts you can actually open. Never a HEIC.
Per line, how each figure was learned — statement, email receipt, photo, or your client’s own answer.
Anything it could not find, named rather than quietly omitted.

Assembled on your client’s own Mac, from their own accounts. Nothing for you to install, join or pay for — and we hold no credentials of theirs and none of yours.

A Finder window on one period's attachments-to-send folder: five photographed vendor receipts and the bank statement, each named with its date, listed in date order.
One period’s folder, exactly as it is attached.

Two questions, if you have ten seconds.

We are trying to work out who this actually helps, and you know better than our analytics do. No email, no sign-up — just the two taps.

How many of your clients would this help?
What do those clients work on?
We can have all the software in the world to get information from clients, but at the end of the day they provide it when they provide it.

She is right, and it is why nothing you buy has fixed this. The statements, the receipts, the invoice in a supplier’s billing portal — none of it is anywhere a practice-side tool can reach.

So this one runs on your client’s side instead. You cannot run it for them, and we are not selling you anything.

Tell them once. It sticks.

No form, no settings screen. Write it in an ordinary email and it is kept as a standing instruction, applied every period after.

Say it in a sentence

“Statements as PDFs, one file per receipt, named date-first.” Prose is enough.

It is kept, not re-asked

Re-read at the start of every close. Neither of you has to remember it.

A correction sticks

Reply about a missing invoice or a wrong category; your client pastes it in. It fetches what is missing and matches your way next period.

What we will never ask you to do.

No account

You will never be invited to a portal, asked to register, or emailed by us.

No software

Nothing to install, and no integration with your practice’s system.

No new format

It adopts your naming and your file preferences, not the reverse.

No access

We hold no credentials of theirs and none of yours. It all happens on their machine.

Your client just sent you this link?

Then nothing changes for you. Same kind of email, same kind of folder, same person — and if something is missing, reply to them exactly as you would have before. It stops at a draft: your client sends it, and the period is closed only once you are satisfied.

Not an accountant?

Send them this page and stop worrying about it.

It answers what they'll ask, and it doesn't try to sell them anything. They keep working exactly as they do now.
